Hi my name is Janelle Ficchi, and my weight loss journey has been crazy but Randi has helped me every step of the way. I'm down 25 pounds and I am so proud of myself. I'm so glad Randi has helped me through the hardest part of my dieting breaking the old habits. She gave me healthier alternatives and they taste great. I always thought healthy food wouldn't taste good but it is great. I have done all those weight loss plans like 24 day challenge advocare and lost 10 pounds and went back to my old habits. This diet is so easy to maintain and it's been almost a year now and I have remained the same weight give or take a few pounds. We are now in a reverse diet phase and she is raising my maintenance calories so when we diet down again I can continue to eat a lot of food while still losing weight. She is awesome I can't thank her enough for everything she has done for me. Even when life gets a little crazy she still helps me stay on track pushes me to do better for myself. From this experience I gave gained more confidence in myself to wear cute clothes or a bikini in the summer without judging myself. I can't thank her enough.

Randi has helped me lose 20 lbs while still maintaining to eat normal foods and live a balanced lifestyle. At first she made me a meal plan then she taught me how to count macros and had more of a flexible approach. I continued to eat the foods I enjoy in moderation while still losing weight. When I fell off track, she pushed me to get back on track the next day and didn’t make me feel guilty for having a bad day. She was always there for me whenever I needed someone and I can’t thank her enough. I wanted to lose weight for a vacation I had planned and I have surpassed my goal weight. Coming home from my trip, would typically be difficult for me to get back to my routine, but having Randi kept me on track and hop right back into my schedule. I still am maintaining my weight and tracking food. It’s exciting to see what hard work and having the perfect coach can do for your life. 10/10 would recommend investing in your health and Randi as a Trainer.

Thank you Randi for helping me get in the best shape, feel the best I have in 25-30 yrs !! I am 56 years old. Randi has been working with me via phone/internet since late July, 3-4 months. She is awesome to work with, she has supplied me with a meal plan (at least 4-5 different ones, because I'm a pain.. lol ) and a work out schedule. All the meals are delicious and very filling l. I am almost never hungry!! It's even hard to eat all the food sometimes ! Since we began I have lost 15-20 pounds., I began at 195lbs and now I'm holding steady right where I want to be, 175-180lbs! I've also lost 4 inches on my waist! It's amazing the amount of food I get to eat and the weight I've lost!! Part of my success is that I do go to the gym at least 3-4 times a week. I use workouts that Randi has set up specifically for me. Approximately 30 min of strength training and 20-30 min of cardio each workout. With different workouts each day aimed at specific areas, all of them adding up for an entire body workout each week. Randi is awesome to work with and is an amazing young lady !

Thanks to Randi Strumpfler, I have lost 15 lbs., 3 inches off of my waist and an inch off of my neck. I feel so much better! Randi has provided me with a meal plan that fits my lifestyle. She has let me choose the foods that I like and has worked that into my meal plan. As for snacks, I have a delicious protein bar that takes away my hunger and protein chips that take away my desire for fattening potato chips. My meals are delicious and very satisfying. I do not crave the snacks or fast-food that I used to. It is easy to stick to my meal plan! Randi encourages me to exercise which is my weakness. She is very motivating and is constantly telling me that I can do it. Randi provides strong motivation to help me stay on track. She checks on my progress, gives me praise when I have lost weight and encouragement to keep working out. I strongly recommend anyone to work with Randi. She truly cares about her clients and wants to help them succeed any way she can. The proof is in the pictures! I could not have lost this weight without her.

Sometimes in life you need a little motivation, a little kick, a wake-up call. A little something to help you realize you are better than you think. Randi was/is just that for me! One year ago, I decided for myself that I needed to change my appearance. I was tired, unenergized, angry and just unhappy. I have four children and want to be healthy for them and show them a healthy lifestyle. I reached out to Randi and asked her for a little guidance, and what I received was much more. Randi not only answered my 2 a.m. texts about snack choices but was super patient with me and kind. Her meal plan she created for me, was exactly that FOR ME! Everything on my plan were items I personally enjoy. It was not the normal “You can only eat grilled chicken and broccoli!” Having food choices that I chose made it much simpler for me to follow and stick to. When I started this journey, I weighed 254.6 lbs. and now I am down to 203.1lbs. By the end of 2019 I will be under 200 lbs. in just a year and honestly, I did not put in as much effort as I could of. This is just the beginning for me. 2020 I plan to lose another 30-40 lbs. and start toning, with Randi by my side I know this will be possible. I cannot express how grateful I am for this young woman, but the results do not lie! Thank you!!

My weight loss journey has always been up and down but luckily meeting Randi and being her roommate really changed how I thought about food and the gym. When I started getting on track and staying dedicated, I lost 25 pounds in four months time. I went from a size 14 to a size 8. I stayed on track for the majority of the time other then my cheat meal and the occasional sweet, especially at work when birthdays or holidays came up. Living with Randi really helped with keeping me on track and learning how to look at food different and less restrictive. I learned there aren’t “bad” foods and “good foods”. Her coaching technique helped me so I could adhere to this lifestyle long term and it wasn’t a typical “diet”. She was completely committed to not only reaching her goals, but helping me reach mine too. I couldn’t have asked for a better coach!

When I started seeing Randi my main reason was to strengthen my knee that I had major surgery on. Honestly, I struggled with just sitting down and standing up with just my right leg on our first session. Fast forward a couple months I told her I wanted to lose weight while strengthening my knee. We started right away. She told me I needed to eat cleaner and count macros. I started to truly incorporate counting my macros the next day. It was a big adjustment, but within just 2 weeks I was seeing small results from just eating cleaner and counting the macros she told me to follow. She was always checking in on me, every night keeping me on track, keeping me motivated. I continued to work with her twice a week. When I train on my own I do a workout she has given me to do and I do cardio afterwards. I have found confidence going in the weight area by myself, and feel proud when I get through a whole workout that I have increased weights in. Randi has been the perfect trainer for me. She is kind, smart and motivating. She gives the right amount of affirmation to boost your confidence while training with you which made me feel confident and motivated to do it on my own. I have followed everything she has told me to do. Because I have listened, in a short period of time, I’ve surpassed what I thought my results would be thus far. 10 out of 10 recommend training with her. Not only has she been great for training but I have also gained a new friend as well.

I have been training for years doing a flexible dieting approach. In the first picture I was drinking every weekend and very unhappy. In the second I am stronger than ever and tracking food but remaining flexible. The first picture I am 155 and the second I am 155, two totally different bodies here. I have improved not only physically but mentally as well.
