Hi friends! I’m Randi Strumpfler and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Health and Nutrition specialist. In 2015 I moved to the Nashville area where I made my dream of helping others with their health journey from a hobby to an every day passion. You know what they say “do what you love and never work a day in your life.” Well, cue the cliche because I am finally living that dream!



I’ve loved being active my whole life. Growing up I played a number of sports including softball, field hockey, lacrosse and basketball. I continued my active lifestyle into college while I played softball. I studied at SUNY Oswego. After graduating in Business and Human Resources I continued my mixed lifestyle with drinking and unbalanced nutrition. I was unhappy with how I felt and looked, and knew I needed to make some drastic changes to the way I was treating my body and my life. I remembered the uninhibited joy I felt being active growing up and was missing that fulfillment from my life. I quickly became interested in strength training and nutrition, but still only on a personal level.


It didn’t take long, though, for my love of strength training to begin to transfer to something much bigger than myself. I began to fall in love with how I felt, how I performed not just in the gym but in life. I had energy, confidence and a new found notion to helping others achieve their own health and fitness goals. After quitting my 9-5 job, I used my passion for fitness and set out on a mission to learn more. I began researching and reading more into nutrition and how it can truly change our body from the inside out. I quickly realized my passion for health and fitness was more than just a hobby and I wanted to help transform others into a healthier lifestyle as well.



Not long after moving to Nashville I began to train friends and family, both near and far. In 2017 my transition from dream to reality began to take shape. I earned my Personal Training and Nutrition certification to become NASM certified, in addition to becoming certified in Health and Nutrition. With this education I can now help people reach their fitness goals through strength training and meal planning. I train clients in the gym, at their home or remotely through my online program. With my personalized strength training comes nutrition guidance, meal planning and preparation for individualized health goals.



My goal with every client is to help you achieve success in knowing you can do more than you ever thought possible. Helping my clients become an even better version of themselves on the outside is just part of the journey. Watching my clients transform from within by gaining confidence, mental clarity and energy is one of my greatest joys as a personal trainer. Fitness has changed my life for the better in every single way, and I truly want to share that same positive impact with anyone who will take on this journey with me. Helping others reach their health and fitness goals every day brings me pure joy, and I hope I can do the same for you.
